Distance Selling Regulations

Your rights in purchasing the book are protected by the Distance Selling Regulations. The following information ensures that sales are compliant with these regulations. British Field Crops, A Guide to Stuff you Find on the Beach and Saffron are published by Sally Francis (21 Norton Street, Burnham Norton, King's Lynn, PE31 8DR). Orders will be acknowledged by email, and will be despatched as soon as possible after receipt of payment (and never more than 30 days later, as stipulated in the Regulations). A packing slip with confirmation of details of purchase will be included with each order. If you make any technical errors in placing your order, please email us immediately with details of your error (if for example, you accidentally order too many copies). Customers have the right to cancel and return orders within seven working days of placing the order. Please email us before returning an order, obtain proof of posting and use the original packaging.
